Miami luxury villa rates start around $1,500/night for boutique 3-bedroom homes in Mid-Beach and scale to $25,000+/night for waterfront estates on Star Island during peak season (December–April, F1 weekend, Art Basel, Super Bowl, NYE). Most villas have a 3-night minimum and a 5-night minimum during holidays. Long-term monthly rentals are negotiable. Damage deposits and Florida vacation rental taxes apply.

Boutique 3-bedroom homes start around $1,500/night. Waterfront 5-7 bedroom villas in Mid-Beach or Bay Harbor run $3,500-$8,000/night. Star Island, Hibiscus, and Palm Island estates range from $10,000 to $25,000+/night in peak season.
Three nights for most properties, five nights during Art Basel, F1, Super Bowl, and the December holidays. Monthly stays are negotiable.

Daily housekeeping is included at most properties. Private chefs, butlers, and bartenders are arranged on request, usually with 48 hours notice.
Many of our waterfront listings include private dockage for vessels up to 80-120ft. Confirm beam and draft requirements with our concierge before booking.
Typically $2,500-$10,000 depending on the property, refunded within 7 days of checkout after the post-stay inspection.
